Cua Ong temple




Cua Ong Temple is placed on a low mountain, looking over to the Bai Tu Long bay, with the stunning views. This is the only temple fully reserved to the worship of Tran Quoc Tuan family. What remained untill today are 34 large and small statues meticulously carved with their high artistic values. Cua Ong Temple was built in the early 19th century and it consists of 3 main areas: the Lower Temple , the Middle Temple and the Upper Temple.

Cua Ong Temple Festival takes place from the 2nd January (lunar month) and lasts till the end of the spring.
