Venus clams

Clams are very nutritious and good for the health. Its flesh contains protein, carbohydrates, lipids, vitamins and minerals necessary for the body.

For grilling, the bigger clam the better. Eat when grilling, one by one. The clam feels hot will open its mouth and you have to quickly tear it open, drop lemon juice, add some salt and pepper. Leave it on hot plate until you feel good to place it in your mouth, to feel the hot source of clam juice. Spices are turmeric leaves, ginger leaf, salt pepper lemon.
For boiled clams, it's not necessary to have big clams. After washing, you place them all into a pot with lid and start to burn. When steam clams, people usually add a few lemongrass leaves, lime leaves, just for more fragrant.
