Cu ky Menippidae

This crab bears a funny vietnam name: "Cu Ky" means "tickle physically" often to a child. It looks like a crab but three times bigger and so is the price but it tastes much more delicious.

Cu Ky from Quang Ninh is famous in the whole country for its taste. Cu ky attacks with its pincers and hurt much. People say its English name is Thunder Crab because once it grasps you, it will only release when thunder comes.

Cu Ky can be boiled normally or with some beer, using with salted pepper

Cu Ky can be grilled on burning coal until the pincers fall off the body and the fragrant is so tempted.
